This retreat is a reflective, prayerful excursion that contemplatively aligns our personal journeys with the journey of Jesus, focusing on transforming our past through the intimacy of God’s love. It emphasises healing, liberation, freedom, and spiritual growth by reframing our life experiences. The retreat aims to transform pain into love, leading to deeper intimacy and joy, love, in and through the heart of Christ Jesus.

Participants may choose to attend as part of a live-in retreat, immersing themselves in a rhythm of daily prayer, reflection, and the gift of silence, the nearby beach, and spacious time for personal contemplation.

Alternatively, participants may join the daily program, attending the same morning sessions at 9:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

All attendees—whether live-in or daily—are asked to commit to attending each scheduled session to preserve the integrity of the retreat journey.

A Daily Eucharist (optional) is celebrated at 5:00 PM, offering a sacred anchor point for communal worship and personal renewal.

A key feature of the retreat is the Liturgy of Forgiveness, held on Thursday evening at 7:30 PM. This is a central and transformative part of the retreat, and attendance is essential for all participants.

Whether attending live-in or through the daily program, this retreat invites participants into a sacred space of renewal, where the journey of Jesus becomes a mirror and companion to our own, and where the heart of Christ offers healing, hope, and deep spiritual joy.
