Did you notice that this prayer is in the plural (“our”, “us”, “we”) and smack in the middle of the Sermon on the Mount?
The first three petitions implore God to make his true identity (name) , reign and will known and real in the world . The second set ask for something for us: bread, forgiveness and not to be led into a situation of temptation by the evil one.
How can the Church (i.e. us) pray this as a community?
