Check-in Instructions
The office is open for check-in from 2:00PM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday. Mid-week after hours check-in is by request. All weekend check-in is remote via a lock box, you will receive an email with instructions a few days prior to your arrival date. Late check out may be available on prior request at $50 depending on availability. Luggage storage may be available on prior request free of charge and left at own risk(Not available on weekends)

Parking
One car spot per apartment is included for free. Additional car is $20 per day. The car park is located behind the Centre through Providence Lane. The gate is open during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4.30pm), For out of hours access, collect your swipe card from the allocated lock-box to gain entry. Please park in any space and no reservation is required. Additional day parking till 4:30pm on day of Check out is $20.

Reception is open Mon-Fri 9am to 4.30pm. The property is not staffed on after hours or on weekends.

Call outs made for swipe card issues, including lost swipe cards and incorrect use of swipe cards, will incur a cost of $66. Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre has a zero tolerance of child or adult abuse. Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre will be guided by the Sisters of Saint Joseph’s Safeguarding policy framework.
