This day encourages participants to reflect upon their own spiritual journey.
Woven throughout this day, music, photography, poetry and story-telling are offered. This is a space within which participants can enter more deeply into conversation and communion with the One who gives us the arts as path to knowing God.
Through the practice of lectio and visio divina, journaling and imaginative meditation, we explore poetry writing, photography and collage as a form of prayer. Participants do not require any particular artistic skills in order to engage this day. Art materials will be provided.
This program is suitable for all adults and is a CESA System Accredited Module on completion of a 1500 word reflection paper.
