Personal refreshment and re-energizing will be invoked through simple/easy movement, dynamic relaxation, walking meditation, vision-boarding and story. All these modalities are a means to have experiences of feeling more enlivened and invigorated.
A very creative way to enhance your personal sense of who you are meant to be is to create a vision board. This is a collection of images, drawings, words and other visuals arranged together to represent personal goals, dreams and ambitions. Creating a vison board helps in revealing your personal vision for yourself to manifest more consciously and can be a way of renewing and revitalising your life.
There is a saying ” Everybody’s story is everyone else’s story with a different flavour.” There will be a time in the day to listen to inspiring stories. Further space will be provided for you to be present to how your flavour of that inspiring story is yours and how it may motivate you.
The intention of this day, you set aside for yourself, is that you leave having a sense of being personally re-energised to enable you to live more positively. Feeling refreshed by being in nature’s beauty is an added bonus.
