The Mary MacKillop Spirituality Centre is hosting an inaugural Art Competition open to both primary and secondary students (Foundation–Yr 12) to celebrate 160 years of Josephite Education in Australia.
- Prizes will be awarded for the winner of each category (Junior, Middle and Upper Primary as well as Lower and Upper Secondary).
Art formations may include:
- Drawing
- Painting
- Collage
- Digital Media (max 5 min)
- Photography
- Mixed Media
Students to submit an original artwork that reflects:
- The story or spirit of Mary MacKillop
- The impact of Josephite education in Australia
- Their school’s connection to Mary’s legacy
- How Mary’s values influence students today
- Then and Now: Catholic Education
Remember, artwork to include:
- Student’s name
- Year level
- Title of artwork
- A brief description of your inspiration
